InsideTrack Coaching Developer Certification

Upon completion of Developer Certification, Developers will be equipped to use coaching skills to develop colleagues’ strengths and opportunities, to increase the overall effectiveness of coaching programs and student outcomes. Developers learn to assess coaching interactions according to InsideTrack's coaching quality rubric. Additionally, Developers serve as spotters of trends, themes, and organizational opportunities.
