Holistic Assessment Micro-credential

The goal of assessment is to tailor support to the individual based on a holistic understanding of that learner. In assessing, coaches balance breadth and depth to uncover what’s really important to the learner, and then they enable that individual to tap into their own knowledge and strengths. Understanding the external and internal factors impacting learner success also helps us increase a learner’s access to resources. Participants who complete this microcredential will gain new skills for developing a holistic understanding of a learner’s experience and working in partnership with them toward their goals.
